Products & pricing
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly with your screen. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We may update prices, products and availability at any time.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurs, or a delivery address looks invalid. Cash on Delivery is currently the only payment method.
Cancellations
We may cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled or delivered. You can request a cancellation before dispatch by contacting us promptly.
Use of the site
Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. All content, branding and imagery on klisu.com is owned by Klisu Skin Labs and may not be reused without permission.
Product use & disclaimer
Our products are cosmetics for external use. Follow the directions and cautions on each product. Patch-test if you have sensitive skin, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Nothing here is medical advice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Klisu's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai.
