We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your location.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Right now we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash when your order arrives. Online payments are coming soon.

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders across India, with no minimum.
Can I return or exchange a product?+

Are Klisu products suitable for my skin?+
Our range is barrier-first and formulated for all skin types, including sensitive skin and Indian skin tones. Each product is dermatologically tested and non-comedogenic. If you have a specific condition, patch-test first or consult a dermatologist.
Are you cruelty-free?+
Yes — Klisu is cruelty-free and never tested on animals. Made in India.
How do I track my order?+

How do I use the five products together?+
Morning: Cloud Cream, then Tone Up Glow Sunscreen. Evening: Night Reset as the last step. Glow Serum Spray any time for hydration, and Hand Cream as needed.
